2025 Go South West Old Men!
In 1854 Horace Greeley, a New York newspaper editor, gave Josiah B. Grinnell a famous piece of advice. "Go West, young man, and grow up with the country," said Greeley. Grinnell took Greeley's advice, moved west, and later founded Grinnell, Iowa. !
By February 2025, Mike and Bone weren't no young men! So rather than being able to go west, they tried, by then,,,,,, kinda drifted,,,,, like old men,,, Southwest!!! In January Mike told Bone he wanted to hit Big Bend National Park again. Bone had never been and had been dying to go! So Bone met Mike in GR, Watch Philly win the Super Bowl over KC, and then won their super bowl by driving through eleven states in two weeks covering just short of 6,000 miles! This included pizza, beer, and oh yeah, being illegal aliens!!! From funky quesadilla's in Mexico, to bad pizza in El Paso, and boatloads of Chicken Fried Steak along the way, Mike and Bone went South West!!!
